I currently serve as a senior manager leading a team of consultants and a portfolio of projects for public and private sector clients. I Provide leadership and management of staff resource allocation, planning, pipeline, forecasting, and budgeting. I'm responsible for managing client accounts and relationships to ensure realistic expectations, confidence, effective communication, and overall project success. My group's work primarily focuses on Web strategy and software development and implementation.
I'm responsible for ongoing business development and sales efforts to generate new revenue streams and leverage existing clients. This includes proposal development, networking, sales engineering, and frequent product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients and internal and external partners..
I have been involved with Web-based software for over 15 years. My first experiences creating websites came during my freshman year of undergrad. Ever since I've been creating, managing, or selling Web-based software in one capacity or another.
After spending my first 3 years of post-college life in a Web marketing group at a large wealth management company, and receiving a masters degree in IT, I jumped ship and accepted a position with the consulting firm Macro International. We were acquired by ICF International in March 2009.

My current focus is a hybrid of project and account management combined with strategic business development and sales engineering.
I've carved out a promising new line of business around social intelligence. Which essentially means monitoring and analyzing social data to drive business and marketing decisions. I've recently lead projects in this capacity for CDC, NIH, and FEMA.

Lacrosse
Lacrosse has been a huge part of my life for over 20 years. When choosing a college back around 94, playing lacrosse was a major factor in my decision. I am very thankful that I made the decision to attend Salisbury University and play lacrosse for the defending Division III National Champions. My team at Salisbury became like family. We were a team in every sense of the word. We lived together, hung out together, and won a National Championship together. Playing for a national championship in front of 18,000 people and on national television was an experience I'll forever cherish. I was a four year letterman, two year starter and member of the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) All Conference Team.
My four years of playing for a highly competitive college team we're probably the single most influential force in defining my work ethic, team focus, and competitiveness. I continue to play in competitive post-collegiate men's leagues. Despite the constant bumps, bruises, and occasional more serious injuries, I continue to play because lacrosse is the only thing that keeps me in decent shape. The post game beers with friends are also a plus.
