I worked on a project team to help improve the usability of the Census
Bureau's legacy Knowledge Base site. We focused on setting usability
goals for user testing.
The Towson University project team assisted in the evaluation and
redesign of a legacy (current) Intranet site. The Intranet site serves
as a User-Centered Design (UCD) knowledge base for census bureau employees.
The project team helped in the development of a new site by developing
a set of usability goals based on specific user tasks. These goals
were documented and presented to the Census Bureau for them to use
in usability testing of the new site.
